Program Description:
The purpose of the program is to begin educating children at an early age through parental involvement, to increase high school graduation rates among Indian parents, and to encourage life-long learning.
General Program Requirements:
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a Native American/American Indian who is a parent or primary caregiver responsible for children under the age of seven years, you must live on or near an Indian reservation, and you or a family member must be enrolled in a federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaskan Native village.
